Aim: Empowering women to work as action groups for poverty alleviation in their villages

Highlights:

• Young women from the vulnerable communities are activated and strengthened to form action groups
• They get oriented in poverty alleviation schemes
• CARE T initiate linking of the poor families with the women welfare schemes
• After the process, action groups act as local independent groups and collectively work for women welfare in their habitat
