Best Textile Model is an exemplary effort of CARE T in associating best productivity with secure and dignified working ambience for women so as to create a win-win situation between the management and the employees.

Best Textile Model encompasses 

Human Resource Development, Life Skills and Gender Education in the working environment. Installation of Pink Boxes and activation of mandatory Internal Committees are initiated to safeguard women employees from all forms of gender based abuses at workplace.
