Counselling
Aim: Relieving stressed and traumatized youth firm their material depression through psycho-social care
Counsellors: Staff and volunteers who are periodically trained from various psycho social care institutions including National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHNS)
Types of Systematized Counselling: Individual, group and family counselling based on their needs
Positive outcomes of counselling: Mental health of the distressed is restored by helping them come out of their despair and avert suicidal tendencies.
They gain self-confidence and develop an optimistic outlook towards life.
